This park was created the 9 of July of 1991 by means of executive decree no. 20516-mirenem. It has an extension of 34,651 hectáreas,

Detailed Location

one is in the province from Guanacaste, North Pacific, 36 kilometers to the north of the city of Liberia

Main Plants

By its extension diversity and location the park has a great biological diversity in the forest of volcanos others and cacao excels the epititas plants that will grow on another one without being parasitic and take the humidity from I flooded, you joke and orquídeas also there are ferns and mosses.
